Responsibilities

- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their visit
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to accurately process orders and payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and change giving
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas by following proper food safety protocols
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as food preparation, serving, and cashiering

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating orders accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and sanitation standards

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 38.0 per week
