Mr. Pretzels is growing and we are hiring for our Calgary locations!

We are currently looking for strong team members and emerging leaders to join our locations at Market Mall, Chinook Mall, and Southcentre Mall. As part of our team, you will play a key role in daily operations, supporting your team, and creating a positive, high-performing work environment while delivering high-quality products and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare pretzels according to company recipes and standards with consistency and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service with confidence, energy, and professionalism
- Lead by example on the floor, setting the tone for work ethic, attitude, and customer interaction
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and operational organization
- Take initiative in solving problems and supporting team success
- Create a welcoming and positive environment for both customers and team members

- Previous experience in food service, retail, or leadership is an asset, but not required

Requirements

- Must be 18+
- Must have reliable transportation to your work location
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must be open to training and development
- Professional references will be required
