Job Summary
Our client, a large real estate developer is looking for an experienced General Manager for their branded select service hotel. They will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. This leadership role involves managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Duties

- Lead and manage all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to promote the hotel’s services and increase occupancy rates.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain high service standards.




- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

- Proven 5-10 years experience as a Hotel General Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Solid understanding of hotel management software and property management systems.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
