Our client, a high-end ecommerce fulfillment operation, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Logistics team supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, explicit verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly while following safety and performance standards.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Georgetown, ON

Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

- Pick and repack orders with very specific ecommerce packing expectations
- Support shipping activities including small parcel shipping, LTL pallet build, and loading using pallet jack
- Handle receiving tasks such as unloading using pallet jack
- Perform stocking, replenishment, and repack stocking to keep inventory organized and ready for fulfillment
- Assist with cycle counting (ISC) as a non-driver and support picking/replenishment runner duties

What's Needed?

- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to take direction and follow set standards of performance and safety
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to support accurate order fulfillment in a busy warehouse environment
- Team player mindset and solid attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically intensive work, including reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, walking for periods of time, and standing for periods of time
- Ability to work in a warehousing environment that may be noisy and fast-paced; experience in manufacturing, transportation,



or warehousing is desired but not required
