About the Role:

Night Baker (Sourdough Bread) : We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our night baking team. Someone who loves working with their hands, is crafty, coordinated and into food and especially baking anything rustic like breads or pizzas. Someone energetic, fast paced and strong who thrives at night and does not mind working in a high temp environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage fermentation and dough handling processes

Bake bread using deck and convection ovens

Score hearth loaves

Load and unload bread from deck oven

Pack bread for deliveries

Support daily production prep as required

Restock ingredients and monitor inventory levels

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

Follow production schedules to meet daily volume targets

Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

Reliability and dependability is very important





1 year of commercial kitchen experience, or 1 year of bread or pizza baking experience

Able to lift 50 lbs

Able to work in hot setting

Organized and detail oriented

Ability to multitask and operate in fast pace when needed

Can arrive reliably on time

Minimum 1 year commitment

Schedule & Availability

PT approx 20hrs per week, with possibility to grow to full time hours

2-3 days a week to start

Required to be available for at least one weekend night

Shift length 7-10hr

General availability between: 5pm-3am

Wages:

19.50$ - 21$ per hour (depending on experience) plus tips and paid break
