Medical Office Assistant

A busy and well-established medical clinic in Hope is seeking a full time Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our energetic and collegial team. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment supporting physicians and patients in a fast-paced primary care clinic.

Wage: $24-$26/hour

Schedule: 4-5 days a week, 7.5 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

· Answering multiple phone lines and manage patient inquiries

· Greet patients and assist with clinic check-in processes

· Book and coordinate patient appointments

· Provide administrative support to physicians and clinic staff

· Assist with general medical office operations and patient flow

Qualifications:

· Strong ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy team environment





· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients

· Knowledge of basic medical terminology

· Accurate and efficient typing skills

· Proficient with word processing and basic computer skills

· Previous experience with Oscar EMR considered an asset, but not required

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and is comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy clinic setting while providing excelling patient service.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
