REP Physio is an established, locally owned rehabilitation practice with three locations in south Edmonton. We’re looking for a Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary team, starting at our Riverbend clinic.

You’ll step into an established clinic with a strong client community, internal referral opportunities, experienced administrative support, private treatment space and a fully equipped rehabilitation gym.

Riverbend would be your starting point, with the opportunity to expand within REP as your caseload and demand grow.

Already practicing elsewhere? You don’t necessarily need to leave your current position. We’re happy to start with 1–2 days per week and grow from there.



We’re equally open to someone looking for a larger part-time or full-time opportunity.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a chiropractor who is clinically confident, comfortable practicing independently and motivated to grow a successful practice.

Previous clinical experience is strongly preferred. You don’t need years of experience, but you should be comfortable managing your own caseload and making independent clinical decisions.

You’ll fit well at REP if you:

- Provide evidence-informed, patient-centred care
- Enjoy treating MSK and/or sports-related conditions
- Combine hands-on treatment with exercise, movement and active rehabilitation
- Value education and individualized care
- Enjoy collaborating with other health professionals
- Are motivated to actively grow your caseload and professional reputation
- Are personable, motivated and genuinely care about the client experience

An existing caseload is not required. REP will support your growth through internal referrals, marketing and our established client community—we’re looking for someone with the initiative to capitalize on those opportunities.

Compensation That Rewards Growth

Independent Contractor: 65–70% split

Your split will reflect experience,



existing caseload, practice-building contribution and level of support required. Chiropractors who bring an established client following or demonstrate solid caseload growth can earn toward the higher end of the range.

Prefer an employee arrangement? We’re open to that too, with compensation structured separately to reflect vacation pay, employer costs and applicable employee benefits.

Qualifications

- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate Alberta regulatory body, or eligible for registration
- Previous clinical practice experience strongly preferred
- Professional liability insurance
