CabinetBed Inc. is a growing North American furniture company specializing in CabinetBeds, WallBeds, and smart furniture solutions for small-space living.

We sell through a network of furniture, mattress, wallbed, and home-furnishing dealers across Canada and the United States.

We are looking for a confident, organized, and motivated Inside Sales & Dealer Development Specialist to help grow our dealer accounts, reactivate inactive customers, increase reorder frequency, and develop smaller accounts into larger long-term partners.

This is not just an order-taking role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up consistently, developing business, and turning opportunities into repeat sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of dealer accounts
- Make regular outbound calls and follow-ups
- Reactivate dormant and inactive dealers
- Develop C and D accounts into stronger B and A accounts
- Increase dealer reorder frequency and annual sales
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities for additional CabinetBed and WallBed displays
- Build relationships with dealer owners, managers, and sales teams




- Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-up dates, and opportunities
- Keep the sales pipeline current and organized
- Provide product information and sales support to dealers
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal team
- Support overall company sales objectives
- Assist with dealer onboarding and account development

What We Are Looking For

- Previous inside sales, account management, business development, or B2B sales experience
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Good follow-up habits
- Organized and comfortable working with CRM systems
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing business environment
- Furniture, mattress, building products, or wholesale experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $48,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
