Pitt Meadows Wellness is a well-established, community-focused multidisciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to helping people move, feel, and live better.

Our team includes Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Acupuncturists, Counsellors, and other health and wellness professionals who work together to provide exceptional care to our patients.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team.

As one of the first people our patients interact with, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, positive experience while helping keep the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and helpful manner

- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using JaneApp
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient information
- Process insurance and direct billing claims
- Assist patients with questions about appointments, services, practitioners, and clinic policies
- Support practitioner schedules and the day-to-day flow of a busy multidisciplinary clinic
- Complete administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception and clinic environment
- Assist with clinic laundry and other general clinic upkeep as required
- Work collaboratively with the reception and administrative team to support one another and keep the clinic running efficiently
- Take initiative to help solve problems and contribute wherever needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The right person for PMW will be more than someone who can perform the basic duties of a receptionist. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and being part of a team.

You will ideally have:

- Previous reception,



customer service, or administrative experience
- Robust computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- A dependable and team-oriented approach to work
- The ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
- A genuine interest in helping patients and providing excellent service
- Flexibility to occasionally assist with additional shifts when needed
- Experience with JaneApp, insurance billing, or direct billing is an asset
- Experience in a medical, allied health, chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, or wellness clinic is an asset

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
