Sr. Business Architect
Responsibilities

- Lead Business Architecture activities for large, complex transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain business capabilities aligned with organizational strategy.
- Develop Business Architecture artifacts, models, roadmaps, and enterprise blueprints.
- Design capability models and map business functionality to internal and external resources.
- Develop business transformation plans with senior leadership.
- Support business and technology solutions across delivery and operational functions.
- Establish and maintain architecture governance, standards, and controls.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with executives, business stakeholders, architects, and project teams.
- Ensure alignment between Business, Information, Solution, and Service Architecture.

Skills:

- Min. 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of Business Architecture experience on large, complex projects.
- Proven experience delivering Business Architecture and transformation initiatives for large organizations.
- Ability to lead architecture engagements across multiple projects and portfolios.




- Strong Knowledge of Zachman Framework and enterprise architecture methodologies.
- Experience with Information and Application Architecture.
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, and Records Management.
- Experience with Protected and Service Design practices.
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as PowerDesigner, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or Orbus.
- Strong experience developing current-state and future-state Business Architectures.
- Experience with business capability, process, service, and functional modeling.
- Experience with BPMN, Value Chain Analysis, business outcomes, KPIs, and requirements analysis.
- Experience developing Business Architecture documentation and aligning it with Solution and Information Architecture.
- Experience establishing architecture governance and controls.
- Ability to align Business Architecture with Service Design and organizational strategy.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with executives and senior management.
