Sofia Yorkville Seeking Senior Line Cooks

The following skillset/ traits will be an asset to any applicant:

Experience leading a high volume, high demand station in a fine dining Italian restaurant as a CDP or Jr. Sous Chef

Dedication to hospitality and pursuing culinary development and longevity in the industry

Passion an pride for excellence in food service

Advanced technical ability and knowledge of established Italian cuisine principles, flavours, and profiles

Ability to be a leader and drive success through the challenges of a demanding service

Passionate individuals driven for a future in hospitality need only apply, to join our team on Garde Manger, Pasta, and Entremetier

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
