POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to transport goods to customers across Moncton and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the vehicle in good condition. The ideal candidate is dependable, familiar with local routes, and committed to safe driving.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Delivery Operations

- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customer locations
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are handled with care
- Obtain signatures and complete delivery documentation accurately
- Collect payments or receipts as required

Vehicle Maintenance

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report any maintenance issues promptly
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized

Customer Service

- Provide friendly and professional service to customers




- Address customer inquiries or concerns courteously
- Communicate delivery status or delays to dispatch as needed

Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel costs
- Complete all required paperwork and logs

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

- A valid New Brunswick driver's license appropriate to the vehicle class
- A clean driving record with a minimum of one year of safe driving experience
- Familiarity with Moncton and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift and move items as required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Authorization to work in Canada
