The Role

- Leverage resort photo and video content to extend the Big White Ski Resort brand to relevant online communities.

- Plan for and represent Big White at events, consumer shows, consumer events, charity functions, etc.

- Proactively identify and engage with relevant communities, both offline and online.

- Work closely with the marketing team to support specific initiatives: photo shot lists, partner campaigns, news release media, event recaps, brand storytelling, model coordination.

- Create shortform content for social media, independently and working with other members of the team.

- Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting videos.

- Hands-on experience publishing and scheduling social media content across native platforms and social media management tools.

- Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt the brand voice across different platforms and audiences.

- Assist with creating and distributing marketing and promotional materials.

- Support user-generated content programs by identifying, organizing, securing and sharing guest-created content.

- Contest management & fulfillment.

- Build relationships with engaged guests, local advocates, season passholders, content creators, families and community partners.

- Host or support live social media moments during events, powder days, brand activations, etc.

- Represent Big White professionally on and off the hill,



always putting guest experience and safety first.

What We’re Looking For

- Class 5 Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

- Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools and project management tools.

- Experience with basic graphic and video editing, ideally within the Adobe Suite.

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

- Familiarity with skiing, snowboarding, and mountain culture is considered an asset.

- Available for occasional travel.

- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently.

The Details

- Hourly wage from $20-23/hour based on experience.
- Winter 2026/2027 seasonal role.
- Target start date: mid-November 2026.
- Full time (32-40 hours per week).
