Responsibilities

- Safely operate the stone slinger truck, ensuring exact placement of materials according to project specifications
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of heavy equipment and commercial vehicles to ensure operational safety and compliance daily
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment usage, and maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues promptly
- Perform routine automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE),



to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Requirements

- Valid commercial driver’s license (A-Z liccense) with a clean driving abstract
- Minimum 5 years experience driving a stone slinger
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or similar machinery
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations in construction or transportation settings
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Solid communication skills to coordinate with team members and site personnel
- Physical stamina to handle long periods of outdoor work, including lifting heavy loads when necessary
