What We’re Looking For

Team members must:

- Be dependable and punctual

- Be physically able to perform cleaning tasks including:
- Standing up to 8 hours
- Walking stairs
- Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Schedule Options

We are hiring Casual Cleaning Technicians with availability that falls during:

- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- This is a casual, on-call position; this isn't for everyone, but I'm looking for those who want supplemental income.




- Please note: your availability doesn't need to be all days, or the full hours listed - we are flexible with your schedule.

Pay & Compensation

- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Increase to $19 per hour within 3 months (based on performance and attendance)
- Top pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
- Paid biweekly via direct deposit (every 2nd Friday)
- Travel pay

Service Area & Travel Expectations

- We service locations within 30 miles of Kitchener
- Must be able to travel up to 30 minutes one-way per day
- We schedule efficiently, and typical travel is less, but you must be able to travel
