Position Overview:
- 2+years of experience dispatching and /or service capacity in Plumbing and HVAC industry
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and effectively communicate with suppliers, property managers, and technicians to ask relevant questions, clarify service requirements, and resolve issues.
- Maintain work schedules for service technicians and assure that customer commitments are met.
- Enter service calls and purchase orders into computer system and tract progress.
- Strong team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
