We are looking for a District Retail Manager to join a Montreal retailer!

Responsibilities

- Regularly visit stores and support management teams;
- Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans;
- Motivate, coach, and develop teams to build a strong performance-driven culture;
- Ensure a consistent customer experience and visual presentation across all stores;
- Partner with Marketing and Visual teams to maximize in-store impact;
- Ensure company procedures, standards, and operational objectives are followed;
- Support recruitment and talent development.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of retail management experience;
- Multi-store management experience is an asset;
- Natural leader with robust business acumen and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities;
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Willingness to travel regularly between stores.
