Production Line Operator
Sky Blue Water Inc. is a Bottling Company that produces and manages private label bottled water programs for many large retail customers.

We are currently looking to fill the role of Production Line Operator in Winnipeg, MB. This is a full-time position with rotating 8 hour shifts. Extended hours may be available. Hours can change based on customer demands. Overtime is available. Rate of pay will be based on your experience.

As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience and responsibilities in the following areas:

- Reviews filling and packaging instructions at beginning of line runs. Ensures that the correct packaging materials are available.
- Safety procedures are understood and followed.
- Ensures that the line is set up correctly per the filling and packaging instructions.
- Adjusts the line as necessary or asks leader or Maintenance Tech for assistance.
- Continuingly identify opportunities for system and process waste elimination
- Completes and documents activities that measure quality and productivity in an accurate and timely manner. This could include taking weights and performing basic quality tests. Enters results on paper or in computer.
- Completes packaging and filling assignment meeting or exceeding the standards.




- Assists with line changeover.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- Other duties as assigned

As the successful candidate, you will have the following qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Have a demonstrated attention to cleanliness and safety practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on a production line.
- Have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Be a team player.

Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
