About Beast Protection

Beast Protection is a growing Ontario-based security company providing professional security guard and protection services to businesses, properties, construction sites, events, retail locations, condominiums, warehouses, and other organizations across Ontario.

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives / Business Development Representatives to help expand our client base and secure new security service contracts throughout Ontario.

About the Role

As a Security Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing business relationships, and bringing new customers to Beast Protection.

This is an excellent chance for someone who is confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers and enjoys generating new business.

Responsibilities

- Identify businesses and organizations that may require security services.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits.
- Contact property managers, construction companies, retail businesses, warehouses, condominiums, event organizers, hotels, and commercial businesses.
- Introduce Beast Protection and explain our security solutions.
- Schedule meetings and site visits with potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Assist management with quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate and help close new security service contracts.
- Maintain a record of leads, prospects, follow-ups,



and sales opportunities.
- Represent Beast Protection professionally in the marketplace.

What We Are Looking For

- Sales, business development, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident making cold calls and approaching businesses.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Professional appearance and communication.
- Goal-oriented with a robust desire to earn based on performance.
- Security industry experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are an asset for field sales.

Compensation

Commission-based + performance bonuses

Earn competitive commissions for successfully bringing new security contracts to Beast Protection.

Additional incentives may be available based on sales performance and contract value.

The more business you bring in, the more you can earn.

Pay: $5,000.00-$7,000.00 per month
