DyBC Inc. is a rapid-growing outsourced sales and marketing company based in British Columbia. We partner with Clover by Fiserv, one of the leading payment and point-of-sale providers, to help local businesses simplify payments and improve how they run their day-to-day operations.

We’re expanding and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to learn sales, develop leadership skills, and build a long-term career.

No previous B2B sales experience is required. We provide training and coaching to help you develop.

What You’ll Do

- Speak directly with business owners and managers in your assigned territory
- Introduce businesses to Clover payment and point-of-sale solutions
- Learn how to identify a business's needs and recommend the right solution
- Present products and help interested businesses get started
- Follow up with potential clients and build relationships
- Track your activity and progress in your assigned territory

Who You Are

- Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking to new people
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and ready to work hard
- Competitive and motivated to improve
- Interested in developing sales, business, and leadership skills
- Sales, retail, hospitality,



or customer service experience is an asset but not required

Position Details

- Full-time, Monday Friday (regular business hours)
- In-person only this is a field sales position, not remote
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
