Can-Traffic is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Yard Support team member to assist with daily yard operations, material handling, and support for construction crews. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in ensuring our crews have the materials and equipment they need to complete their work safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically demanding work, including regularly lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs. Experience operating a telehandler, skid steer, or similar equipment is preferred.

What You Will Do Every Day

- Assist construction crews with loading, unloading, organizing, and staging materials and equipment
- Operate telehandlers, skid steers, and other yard equipment safely and efficiently
- Move and stage materials such as street light poles, construction packages, conduit, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe construction yard and warehouse area
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming materials and inventory
- Perform general labour duties, including snow removal, garbage and burn bin maintenance, and overall site cleanup
- Support warehouse and yard operations to ensure crews are equipped for daily work
- Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team to support daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required

- Previous labour, yard, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
- Experience operating a telehandler, skid steer, or similar equipment is a strong asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.60 per hour
