Service Appointment Coordinator - Full-Time

This is the position that sets the tone for our entire service department. You’re the first voice our customers hear. You decide how the day flows. When you do your job well, our advisors are prepared, our shop runs smoother, and our customers walk in already feeling looked after.

Responsibilities:

- As the link between our customers and service team, you will:
- Schedule service appointments through phone calls, emails, and online requests.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and help minimize no-shows.
- Follow up with customers who are due for service or require additional attention.
- Ensure guests are informed and prepared before their visit.
- Ensure daily operations are organized.
