We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Fuel Driver to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting fuel to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including tanker trucks and heavy-duty fuel delivery equipment, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and secure freight with precision.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
- Manage freight documentation accurately, including delivery logs, invoices, and safety reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle readiness and minimize downtime.




- Follow all safety protocols related to handling hazardous materials such as fuel, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a commercial driver with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License), preferably with tanker endorsement.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road or in the yard.
- Ability to perform detailed safety inspections and adhere strictly to safety protocols when handling hazardous materials like fuel.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and clients.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, perform inspections, and operate machinery over long shifts.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48.0 – 70.0 per week
