About Enthuse Wellness Centre

Enthuse Wellness Centre is a new dedicated wellness clinic located in the Woodfield neighbourhood in London, Ontario. We build a supportive environment for our practitioners by taking care of administration, direct billing to insurance companies, marketing, client intakes, and office cleaning so you can focus on client care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or RP (Qualifying) to join our growing group practice. This position is for an independent contractor. We offer a flexible schedule, so you can choose which days and times you work. Currently, our newly furnished therapist office is fully available any day or time. A 40% administration fee is paid to the clinic, and you keep 60% of the client fee. The administration fee covers your subscription to Jane App, Wifi, phone, messaging through Jane App, AI charting notes (optional), group telehealth feature for family/couples counselling, use of a shared waiting room for your clients, direct billing to insurance companies, and transaction fees for credit card processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual (and optionally couples or family) psychotherapy in-person and/or virtually.
- Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, and personalized treatment planning.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential client notes within our Jane App
- Utilize evidence-based modalities

Qualifications & Requirements





- Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy, or a related clinical field.
- Active registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) (RP or RP-Qualifying).
- Independent Clinical Supervision: For RP (Qualifying) candidates: Must maintain an active supervision agreement with an external CRPO-approved Clinical Supervisor (the clinic does not provide internal clinical supervision).
- Proof of Coverage: Valid professional liability insurance ($2M/$5M) and supervisor details for billing compliance.

- Competitive Split: 60/40 fee-split ($96.00+ per 50-minute session based on our $160 standard client rate)

Direct billing, payment plans, and payment processing is taken care of by administration.

Pay: From $96.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
