We regularly recruit Accounting Clerks for temporary, contract, and permanent opportunities and are looking to connect with experienced candidates interested in current and upcoming positions.

If you have experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, bookkeeping, payroll support, or other accounting functions, we’d love to hear from you!

Typical Responsibilities May Include:

- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Preparing invoices and processing payments
- Reconciling bank statements, accounts, and financial records
- Entering and maintaining accurate financial information
- Assisting with month-end reporting
- Supporting payroll preparation and expense tracking
- Maintaining financial records and documentation
- Providing general administrative support to accounting and finance teams

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar role
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar programs
- Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy




- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
