The Store Manager is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Store Manager maximizes sales by delivering productive, friendly and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean and well-presented at all times. We are looking for a team of individuals to sell and promote our merchandise through execution of the “Spirited Service” standards. Store Manager is responsible for completing the sales generation and operational functions of the store.

REQUIREMENTS

- An energetic and friendly team leader with a positive mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Passion to sell and engage with customers
- Ability to lift and move 50lb boxes
- 1 year of supervisor/managerial experience in a retail environment

Pay: $23.00 per hour
