Job Summary

Our client, an industry-leading manufacturing facility, is seeking a high-energy Raymond Reach Operator to serve as a vital link in their production process. In this fast-paced role, you will act as the operational backbone of the assembly line—ensuring workstations remain fully stocked, workflows remain uninterrupted, and efficiency targets are consistently met.

Duties

- Efficiently retrieve, transport, and deliver raw materials, parts, tools, and equipment directly to active production lines.
- Track floor inventory to proactively prevent shortages, assist supply chain teams with reorders, and conduct routine inventory audits.
- Stage work areas with required supplies before shift starts; promptly clear finished goods, scrap, and staging areas to maintain a 5S-compliant workplace.




- Partner directly with line operators and production supervisors to anticipate material needs and report supply chain delays or quality concerns immediately.
- Execute all material handling tasks in strict alignment with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Ability to comfortably lift, push, and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
- Forklift License.
- Prior material handling or warehouse experience preferred; exposure to Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles is a strong asset.
- Excellent time management, sharp attention to detail, and a team-first, communicative mindset.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
