Job Overview
Pivotal Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Reach & Dock Stocker Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse operation in Brantford. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving materials, supporting shipping and receiving, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate Crown Reach and Dock Stocker forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Move, stage, load, and unload products and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and organize orders according to daily requirements.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to update inventory and process materials.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities.
- Complete routine forklift and equipment safety checks.
- Follow warehouse procedures, company policies, and all health and safety requirements.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Work with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity and operational targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Crown Reach forklift experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of Dock Stocker experience required.
- 2 years of Crown Reach experience preferred.
- 2 years of Dock Stocker experience preferred.
- 2 years of Walkie and Counterbalance forklift experience preferred.
- Valid forklift certification required.
- At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience required.
- RF scanner and WMS experience is an asset.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
