Counter Intelligence Merchandising is recruiting experienced retail merchandisers for our upcoming 2027 Cosmetic Reline season along with the opportunity for an ongoing year-round continuity position in Hinton and surrounding areas.
Assignments are typically scheduled 1-2 weekdays per week during daytime hours, with no regular evening or weekend shifts.
You’ll work with leading cosmetic and fashion accessory brands in major Canadian retailers; completing seasonal resets, fixture updates, current-product launches according to planogram combined with regularly scheduled merchandising services. Strong performers may also be considered for future trainer opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Install and update in-store fixtures and product displays according to planograms
- Complete department resets, installations and planogram updates
- Merchandise current and new products according to planogram requirements
- Identify and resolve merchandising or planogram issues in the field
- Complete and submit online reports and photos through our digital platforms
What You Bring
- Previous retail or merchandising experience
- Experience with cosmetics, relines/resets or planograms is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a merchandising team
- Reliable transportation, either by personal vehicle or public transit
- Smartphone or tablet with reliable data/internet access and the ability to take photos and submit reports
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend and stand for extended periods
