We are seeking a diligent, high-energy Pet Food Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate, and manage the daily operations of the production team.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality control, and production schedules.
- Maintain an productive, high-paced workflow while fostering a positive team environment.

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

- Oversee and perform hands-on maintenance for specialized production equipment, including Vario-Vac packaging machines, meat mixers, and air compressors.
- Manage the upkeep, temperature monitoring, and troubleshooting of walk-in freezers.
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials, inventory, and equipment throughout the plant.

Operations & Physical Requirements





- Safely and repeatedly lift heavy boxes and production materials as needed.
- Manage raw ingredient inventory and final product packaging workflows.

Job RequirementsExperience & Technical Skills

- Proven track record as a Plant Manager or Operations Supervisor in a food or pet food manufacturing facility.
- Specialized expertise in processing raw food, freeze-dried, and dehydrated pet treats.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience maintaining food production machinery.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to re-certify immediately).
- Ability to drive a refrigerated truck.
