Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction processes, project management tools, and team leadership will drive efficiency and excellence across multiple projects. Responsibilities

- Review and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project progress.
- Monitor daily construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Utilize tools like FieldWire, Bluebeam, and portal management for document management, drawing revisions, and site layout planning.
- Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and communication channels effectively to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks and resolve issues promptly for smooth project delivery.

Experience





- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil or heavy infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as FieldWire, Bluebeam, and other systems.
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate project execution.
- Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and resource planning to control costs and schedules.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and quality assurance practices on job sites.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Prior experience in using construction scheduling tools like Primavera P6 for detailed project timelines.
