Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, stations, and side stations
- Follow food safety protocols during food preparation, serving, and sanitation procedures to ensure guest safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address special dietary needs or requests
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming setting by adhering to restaurant policies and promoting teamwork

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, cash handling, and inventory purposes
- Previous kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items tactfully to increase revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
