We are currently looking for a polished, energetic, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our showroom. Job Duties:

- Warmly greet showroom walk-ins, log customer visits, and direct them to the appropriate sales or service team member
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls on a multi-line phone system, routing inquiries efficiently without losing your friendly demeanor
- Ensure the reception, guest lounge, and refreshment areas remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked
- Sustain a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, hospitality, retail front desk, or administrative role is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication, a skilled phone etiquette, and comfortable multitasking under pressure
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails, spreadsheets)

Job Description:





- This role is required on a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT basis
- Comprehensive benefits package available
- Work Location: On-site at STRATFORD SUBARU
- The expected compensation range for this role is $17.95 - $19.50 /hour (The range may vary based on experience and qualifications)

This compensation encompasses base salary and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
