Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (Lead Nurse)

We are a physician-led family medicine clinic that combines traditional primary care with a modern digital approach. We are as much a digital start-up as we are a primary care clinic, and as an early-stage company, we are looking for our first nurse to help shape how care is delivered as we grow.

In this role, you will combine clinical work with leadership. Working under the supervision of our founding physicians, you will review and follow up on test results, call patients, support in-clinic and virtual care, and help build the clinical processes and standards that will guide our nursing team as it expands.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Primary care or family medicine experience is an asset,



as is comfort with electronic medical records and digital tools.

This is not a typical family practice role. We offer flexible scheduling, paid vacation, and the opportunity to grow with a young company that is rethinking how primary care works.

Requirements: Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RPN or RN. Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
