I am looking for a reliable person to
research the companies in the attached COR Companies by Expiry Date Excel
workbook and add accurate business phone numbers and locations. Please review
the attached list and provide a quote and an estimated time to complete the
project.

Adaptable
work from home

This project can be completed from
home, at your own pace, using your own computer and internet connection. You
can choose the days and hours that suit you. There are no set daily working
hours; we will agree on a completion timeline and progress updates before the
work begins.

Project
size and scope

The attached workbook contains 3,771
company records and 3,592 distinct legal name entries. It currently has 342
phone numbers and 330 location entries, leaving 3,429 records without a phone
number and 3,441 without a location. Some companies appear more than once
because they have separate COR records.

Research each company using its
legal name and,



where provided, its trade name. Find the main business phone
number and city or town and province. Add the business street or mailing
address when available.

Review existing phone numbers and
locations, fill the gaps, and flag conflicting or outdated information.
Preserve the original company names, COR numbers, expiry dates, certifying
partners, and row order.

Keep duplicate COR rows. Research
may be reused for the same confirmed business, but similar names must not be
assumed to identify the same company.

Research
standards

Use public sources such as company
websites, business directories, and chamber listings. Record the source link
and date checked. Match each contact to the correct company; do not guess a
phone number or use a registered office as an operating location without
labelling it. Clearly flag any company that cannot be found or needs further
review.

Pay: $24.25-$47.24 per hour
