Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Sloped / Shingle Roofers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining sloped roofs with shingles, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Duties

- Measure and cut roofing materials using hand tools such as hammers, saws, and utility knives
- Install shingles on sloped roofs according to project specifications and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation
- Use caulking and sealing techniques to prevent leaks and improve weather resistance
- Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct inspections during and after installation to ensure quality workmanship




- Assist with other carpentry or handyman tasks related to roofing projects as needed

Experience

- Proven experience in construction, roofing, or carpentry roles with a focus on sloped or shingle roofs
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Familiarity with caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting safely in outdoor environments
- Previous handyman experience or general construction background is a plus
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols and quality standards

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
