Overview
We are seeking an experience Commercial Plumbing and Heating foreman to join our dynamic team! EXPERIENCE IN MULTIFAMILY APARTMENTS REQUIRED

Duties

- Lead and supervise plumbers, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards across all phases of construction
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

- Proven experience supervising plumbing and heating projects with a strong background in construction management.
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and budgeting processes




- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures within the construction industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- MUST BE JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER AND GAS FITTER
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Prior experience in construction management roles with a focus on safety compliance and project delivery standards

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $44.00-$55.00 per hour
