2026 is an exciting time to join Alliance Employment Group! Alliance Employment Group is a staffing agency specializing in high volume labour recruiting. We are partnered with one of the world's largest e-fulfillment warehouse builders.

We are currently looking for General Labourers to come and join our Chilliwack team! The start date is ASAP and the project will run upto end of October with possibility of extension

Job responsibilities include:

- Unload, tag and sort palletized and bulk electronic waste such as TVs, monitors, computers and other electronics.
- Disassemble/dismantle electronic products safely and efficiently.
- Use air guns and basic hand tools to dismantle electronic equipment.
- Identify components and sort materials into the appropriate bins.
- Keep work areas clean and free of trash/debris.
- Remove plastic wrap and packaging materials from work areas.
- Communicate production delays, safety concerns or other issues to the supervisor/operations manager.
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, health & safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Work on multiple production lines as required.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Attributes:

- Previous warehouse, manufacturing or general labour experience is an asset but not required.




- Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Experience using hand tools or power tools, particularly air guns, is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, accountable and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Must be able to follow health and safety procedures.
- WHMIS, First Aid and Health & Safety training are assets.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and valuable hand-eye coordination.

Physical Requirements

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) without assistance.
- Ability to use a pallet jack.
- Frequent standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
- Frequent reaching, lifting, sifting and repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in an environment with some noise and dust exposure; required PPE will be provided.
- Requires close, distance and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay: From $19.30 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chilliwack, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
