Matrix HR is hiring Journeyperson and Apprentice Ironworkers for a major industrial project in Fort Saskatchewan. Start date: Immediately
Shift: Nights

Responsibilities and requirements:

✅ Follow protected work practices, promote site safety policies, and maintain a clean work area.
✅ Use forklifts, skid steer loaders, scissor lifts, and power tools safely.
✅ Complete material takeoffs and read construction drawings to lay out work accurately.
✅ Install, inspect, diagnose, and adjust industrial and mechanical equipment.




✅ Understand industrial drives, shafts, bearings, and lubrication.
✅ Assemble and commission mechanical systems.
✅ Supervise labourers when required and help train junior workers.
✅ Own and maintain the trade tools required for the role.
✅ Be willing to work night shifts.

Required certifications:

✅ Fall Protection
✅ Aerial Work Platform (AWP)
✅ WHMIS
