About This Role
Are you hands-on, dependable and enjoy working outdoors? No Limit Landscaping is looking for a Landscaper with a strong focus on Landscape and Water Feature Maintenance to join our team full time. Your primary focus will be keeping our completed premium residential properties and custom waterscapes looking flawless, healthy, and visually appealing.

Your work will bridge the gap between detailed softscape care such as pruning, weeding, and garden bed management and assisting with the routine cleaning and servicing of our signature custom ponds and waterfalls. On occasion, your work may involve interacting with wildlife and natural debris, including fish, frogs, insects, and other animals. Previous landscape maintenance experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive, on-the-job training to help you master advanced plant care and waterscape management. Workdays begin by meeting at the office (Burnaby) or traveling to job sites across the Lower Mainland, contributing across different types of landscaping work based on the project, season, and needs of the crew.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys variety and attention to detail, and wants a steady, skill-building position with clear room for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Execute Landscape Maintenance Tasks

- Perform precise weeding, pruning, mulching, structural edging, and general garden bed upkeep
- Handle routine lawn care, assist with sod installation, and refresh/maintain artificial turf
- Independently manage sections of seasonal property cleanups to maintain high company standards
- Handle planting, soil preparation, grading, sod installation, and the refreshment/maintenance of artificial turf.





Maintain Waterscapes & Ponds

- Work with your partner to handle routine cleaning, servicing, and upkeep of custom ponds and fountains
- Remove debris, algae, sediment, leaves, and organic buildup from water features and surrounding areas
- Clean and maintain filters, pumps, and underwater/landscape lighting; report maintenance and safety issues

Occasional Construction & Hardscape Support

- Assist construction crews with site preparation, clearing, digging, trenching, and excavation for recent projects.
- Help prepare, move, and place materials for construction work (patios, stairs, retaining walls, and pavers).

Operations & Safety

- Operate hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, pumps, and pressure washers safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and transport tools, organic debris, and landscaping materials
- Keep the work truck, tools, and job sites immaculate, organized, and hazard-free
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and WorkSafeBC guidelines
- Communicate professionally with your team partner, supervisors, and clients

Qualifications

- Proven experience with hands-on outdoor maintenance (knows how to prune, mulch, edge, etc.)
- Comfortable working around and in water, as well as around natural wildlife
- Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and thrives in a close team environment
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying at least 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday




- Comfortable with physical work including lifting, bending, kneeling, digging, shovelling, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, mud, heat, and cold)
- Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Assets

- Experience operating trucks with trailers
- Experience using a pressure washer
- Experience operating landscaping and pond machinery
- Knowledge of plant care, algae management and general landscape maintenance practices in the Lower Mainland
- Familiarity with irrigation or pond filtration systems
- WHMIS certification or First Aid training

Physical Outdoor Work Expectations

- This role involves physically tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions across the Lower Mainland
