Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality products that meet safety standards and client specifications. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of metal parts.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metal components securely and precisely.
- Use plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment to shape and modify materials.
- Conduct rigging operations to lift, position, and secure heavy components safely during assembly or installation.
- Operate forklifts and cranes as needed for material handling and movement within the workspace.
- Measure materials accurately using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring devices; apply basic math skills for precise fabrication.
- Read mechanical schematics and schematics related to ductwork or construction projects to guide fabrication processes.
- Assist in machining tasks when necessary to achieve tight tolerances or specific component dimensions.
- Support assembly processes by fitting parts together according to specifications while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding techniques such as MIG and TIG welding in a manufacturing or construction setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tools, machinery, and fabrication processes including plasma cutting, press brake operation, machining, and schematics reading.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with rigging procedures, crane operation, forklift use, and safety protocols related to heavy lifting and material handling.
- Competence with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and basic math for precise measurements.
- Knowledge of ductwork fabrication or construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Pay: $20.51-$39.70 per hour
