Summary:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our dealership. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating effectively. Your background in retail sales or sales management will help achieve pricing objectives and maximize customer satisfaction. Join our team and make a meaningful impact in the automotive industry!

Duties

- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B sales strategies to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities for seamless customer experiences.
- Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance vehicle value and increase dealership revenue.




- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns targeting high-end clients and diverse markets, including multilingual outreach when applicable.
- Support dealership operations by organizing appointments, managing retail math calculations, and ensuring organizational efficiency during busy periods.

Experience

- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments, preferably within a dealership setting.
- Strong background in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B sales strategies that drive results.
- Familiarity with CRM software systems used for sales pipeline management and customer relationship tracking.
- Demonstrated success in high-end or luxury vehicle sales, showcasing excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities and bilingual proficiency that can serve diverse client bases.
- Experience with inventory management, retail math, cold calling, marketing initiatives, and outbound sales techniques is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in automotive sales combined with strong customer service orientation will set candidates apart.
