About the Role

Losani Homes is seeking an experienced, organized and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across our new home communities, active sales programs and corporate brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing multiple projects at once and working across digital advertising, social media, content, events, signage, sales centres, email marketing and campaign reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with our internal Sales, Design, Construction and leadership teams, as well as external agencies, media partners and vendors. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of assigned initiatives, keep projects moving, identify gaps and help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on brand, on budget and on schedule.

Previous experience in real estate, new home building or a related industry is strongly preferred.

- Coordinate and publish organic social media content.
- Assist with content creation including photography, video, reels, stories, community updates, promotions and brand content.

- Assist with dashboards and recurring reporting for management.
- Work with Sales and other teams to improve lead tracking, data accuracy and marketing attribution.
