Job Overview

We are seeking a energetic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at the Altadore location. In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through our extensive menu, offering expert product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your energy and communication skills will help foster a lively environment where customers feel valued and informed.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Provide detailed product information on cannabis, accessories, and related items
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
- Upsell products by identifying customer preferences and suggesting complementary items




- Manage inventory levels through proper filing, stock replenishment, and record keeping
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate customers about product features and usage

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a hospitality or customer service setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for record keeping and reporting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling stock or merchandise
- Knowledge of POS systems, computer operation, and basic math skills for cash handling
- Experience with merchandising, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Enjoy working alone or with others

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
