What You'll Do

- Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts inquiries and recommendations

- Accurately source, quote, and order parts in a timely manner

- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels meet business demands

- Maintain organized inventory records and support inventory counts

- Build strong relationships with customers through knowledgeable and professional service

- Work closely with the service department to ensure efficient repairs and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

- Previous experience in a dealership or aftermarket parts department is preferred

- Robust knowledge of automotive parts and inventory processes

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy when ordering parts

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- A positive, team first attitude and willingness to support those around you
