We're looking for an energetic, driven Membership Manager to join our team and become the primary sales person at one of our Anytime Fitness locations.

This is a hands-on sales role. You'll spend your days connecting with prospective members, following up with leads, booking appointments, giving tours, and helping people find the right membership for their goals.

We're looking for someone who is energetic, personable, competitive, and genuinely passionate about fitness.

You don't need to be a career salesperson or have years of gym experience. What matters most is that you're comfortable talking to people, willing to pick up the phone, motivated by goals, and excited about helping people become healthier and more active.

Responsibilities

Create a Great Member Experience

- Be a welcoming and positive face of the club.
- Build genuine relationships with members and prospective members.
- Handle walk-ins and turn conversations into opportunities.
- Help new members understand the club, our services, and the advantages of being an Anytime Fitness member.
- Identify opportunities to introduce members to personal training and other club services.
- Help create a fun, energetic,



and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Drive Membership Sales

- Respond to and follow up with digital leads through our CRM.
- Make outbound calls to prospective members and follow up consistently with leads.
- Book appointments and conduct facility tours.
- Meet with prospective members, understand their goals, and recommend the membership that best fits their needs.
- Confidently ask for the sale and close new memberships.
- Follow up with prospects who haven't yet joined.
- Work toward and consistently hit monthly membership sales targets.
