Building Superintendent/ Maintenance

We are looking to hire a building Maintenance Superintendent person/ handyman. Please apply below if you believe you will be a valuable fit for our team!

What does a building superintendent/maintenance do?

- Variety of Maintenance requests on residents’ units;
- Plumbing, small electrical, drywall patching, small carpentry;
- Unit inspections with management;
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues;
- Monitor heating and cooling systems;




- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants;
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities with Office staff;
- Assist in the setup of facilities for events or meetings;
- Will have to replace, keep clean and arrange garbage and recycling bins and line them for collection.

Background check required.

Salary information: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour (Salary is dependent on experience and performance).

Previous experience is required and we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Ability on drywalling, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, carpentry.
