Within your team, your essential role will be:
- plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources for the postal service;
- to see to the constant improvement of customer service;
- ensure cleanliness and maintain an attractive image of the department;
- maintain an adequate level of inventory;
- supervise the postal counter clerks and see to tasks distribution;
- to see to the training of employees under your supervision;
- ensure compliance with Canada Post standards.

Number of hours per week:
- 35 hours or more
