As a Ski Patrol Leader in Parks and Recreation Services, you will guide the Canadian Ski Patrol team while overseeing volunteer training and recruitment. You'll ensure safety protocols are followed and facilitate communication between staff and emergency services. This contract runs from November 14, 2026, to March 21, 2027, with variable hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and schedule Canadian Ski Patrol workers
• Supervise training for volunteer ski hill patrollers
• Ensure adherence to safety practices
• Maintain equipment and supplies for patrols
• Liaise with staff and emergency services as needed
Requirements:
• Completed Secondary School (Grade XII)
• Certification as a Canadian Ski Patroller
• Minimum two years with the Canadian Ski Patrol
• Robust leadership and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license required
