Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of *Nursery & Finishing Barn Manager* located near the community of *Deloraine, MB.*

Your days will include:

* Manage overall barn and yard site
* Manage staff, delegate duties, perform coaching plans
* Meet production targets
* Organize and maintain gilt selections
* Carry out feeding and vaccination programs
* Monitor proper animal handling
* Perform minor maintenance tasks
* Perform general on farm duties
* Maintain livestock performance records
* Respond to after-hours alarm calls
* Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you possess:

* Valid Class 5 Drivers License & reliable means of transportation
* Self-motivated, well organized and reliable
* Strong communication skills
* Good work ethic
* A team player, work well with others
* Availability to work rotating weekend shifts
* An experienced Swine Technician (2 years minimum)
